What is the required work experience?

Unless specified in the job post, all our job opportunities require at least 1 year BPO or 1 year accumulated online work experience. 

Is there an age limit to apply?

We take pride working for an inclusive company - be it race, age or gender. We have no age-restrictions provided you are able to meet the requirements of our job post.

Applicants should already have existing workstations that meet our minimum requirements. For reference, we require a desktop or laptop with at least an Intel i3 CPU or AMD equivalent CPU, Windows 10 or a MAC OS equivalent operating system, 8 GB RAM, headset with noise-canceling mic, working webcam, and a stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.

Will the company provide the necessary hardware?

Can I still apply even if I don't meet the hardware requirements?

Yes. Be advised though, that your application will be kept active in our upgrade pool before we assign you to a client. Just let us know when you have upgraded the necessary equipment so we can resume moving your application forward.

Our schedules align with our clients who usually operate US business hours in Eastern Time (8PM to 5AM Philippine Time).

Our clients come from a wide array of industries - from e-commerce, teleconferencing to internet service providers. Anything that can be outsourced online, we most likely have it covered which makes us appealing to startups and small and medium-sized businesses. Majority of our clients are in the United States, UK and Australia.

Unless specified in our job post, we offer competitive compensation at $500 - $800/mo depending on your skill set and work experience.

Salaried team members are paid fortnightly through Paypal. If PayPal can't be used in your country, we'll use Payoneer. 

What are your company benefits?

Apart from providing competitive compensation, we offer an opportunity for appraisal for the first 90 days and every 6 months thereafter. We also have an employee referral program for all team members and sales incentives for awesome appointment setters. We provide paid time off, flexible holiday pay and paid parental leave. Most importantly, we have Gametime and Zumba, where all our team members get together virtually to chill, stay healthy and have an awesome time.

Do you offer part-time work?

All our career opportunities are full-time.

We currently don't have purely non-voice accounts. Depending on the role, you will be required to get on calls with your clients and their customers. Plus, we talk with our fellow team members on a regular basis. We love to talk, and we hope you do, too.

Do you have non-voice accounts?

I am currently based in a different country. Can I still apply?

Yes, please take note though that we will still use the specified country in the job post as the basis for the compensation.

How do I know the status of my application?

Why was I added to the upgrade pool?

Your application may be placed on our upgrade pool if you are unable to meet the minimum hardware requirements. Please check the requirements on the job post carefully and email us at [email protected] if all have been met, so we can resume moving your application forward.

As soon as your receive an email informing you that you passed the initial assessment phase, you should be receiving an email with your interview schedule within 24 hours. 

How long does it take to get interviewed?

Why am I required to turn my video on during the interview?

There may be times that you will eventually need to be on video conferencing calls with your client and other team members at Go2. This would be a good opportunity for us to check the stability of your internet connection.

We objectively gauge your capabilities and right fit for the role based on our assessment criteria that covers your previous work experience, application form answers and how you conducted yourself during the interview. Please get in touch with us if you wish to know the specific reason as to why we did not move forward with your application.

I think I did a pretty good job. How come I did not pass?

Am I eligible to reapply?

Applicants who receive an email informing them of their eligibility can reapply after 60 days.

I already passed the interview. Is there anything I can do to get hired faster?

YES. Provided you have received an email stating you already passed your interview, you can expedite by joining our Appointment Setting team while our clients are reviewing your profile.
